Management Committee
The Management Committee of the Helvetic Institute of Technology (HIT) is the institution’s principal executive body responsible for the day-to-day leadership, operational execution, and internal coordination across all academic and administrative units.

Echesirim Izuchukwu
Eche is a Strategic Client Partner at Google, where he leverages his profound expertise in digital marketing and growth strategies to deliver exceptional ROI for global brands. Eche is also a dedicated Partnership Lead for the Black Googler Network (BGN) Ireland. His tenure at Google is marked by significantly improving the impact of over 100 businesses across the EMEA market.
Beyond Google, Eche’s diverse background showcases a commitment to innovation and development. He has served as a Sales and Marketing Consultant with hiveonline ApS, a block chain based fintech, and as a Research Associate at the Africa Blockchain Institute. His experience also extends to being a Go-to-Market Strategist at Agripredict and various roles at The African Leadership University, where he began cultivating his passion for building quality systems.
Academically, Eche earned a First Class Honours BA (Hons) in International Business and Trade from The African Leadership University, following a Bachelor’s degree program in Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria. His academic pursuits reflect a keen interest in academia and applying theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.
Eche is deeply passionate about harnessing technology to improve the world. He actively engages in discussions surrounding art (especially music), African development, business development, and societal progress. Always seeking exciting challenges, he is particularly keen on opportunities that contribute to his professional growth and align with his goals of making a significant impact in the world.

Dr. Killian Levacher
Dr. Killian Levacher is an Applied Research Scientist with over 15 years experience in Artificial Intelligence. With more than 30 publications in top tier conferences and over 40 patents filed, his on-going focus has been to drive innovation and productization in the areas of Natural Language Processing and Adversarial AI targeting Generative AI systems within both academia and industry.
Dr. Anca Prisacariu
Anca Prisacariu has been working as a quality assurance expert for the past 17 years and is currently the Quality Assurance Director at HIT.
Internally, she served as Quality Assurance Director in higher and vocational education institutions in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, where her role covered the implementation of the quality assurance strategy, the coordination of the areas of governance and policy management, coordinating the strategic planning process and supporting the enhancement of teaching and learning.
Externally, she is working with international organisations for higher education, where she has been part of more than 50 panels reviewing study programs, higher education institutions, and quality assurance agencies across Europe and outside of it. She is also a lead consultant supporting different quality assurance agencies in developing or revising their standard frameworks for external quality assurance.
Academically, Anca holds a Ph.D. in Education, focused on quality assurance and accreditation systems, and was a Research Fellow at the Institute of Behavioural Sciences at the University of Helsinki.

Dr. Kevin Koidl
Dr. Kevin Koidl is a seasoned researcher, innovation strategist, and academic with over two decades of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital transformation, and interdisciplinary research management. He has led and managed high-impact, independently funded projects across Europe and the United States, with a strong focus on applying advanced technology to real-world challenges in both academia and industry.
Dr. Koidl has attracted over €1.1 million in funding for research and innovation initiatives and has extensive experience mentoring research teams and developing cutting-edge STEM curricula. He is deeply engaged in curriculum development and delivery in topics such as AI, business intelligence, data storytelling, and entrepreneurship. He has taught and trained professionals and students in Ireland, the U.S., Italy, and Germany. Dr. Koidl holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and continues to serve on advisory boards, nonprofit organizations, and innovation-led initiatives across Europe.
