Tuition and Fees
Upon notification of acceptance, Helvetic Tech will provide prospective students with an official ‘Certification of Studies’, which is necessary in many countries for student visa requests. Prior to starting the visa application procedure, the Admission Fee and 50% of the first-year tuition and fees are payable. Tuition and Fees must be paid in full at the time of Registration.
Note that fees are reviewed from time to time and may change from those listed below. The Institution reserves the right to make such alterations and amendments as necessary. Tuition and Fees include campus facilities, field trips and industrial visits. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Payment of the Application Fee
As part of the application process, all candidates applying must make the payment of a non-refundable Application Fee of CHF 250.- before being able to submit their application. The Application Fee is payable via a debit/credit card or via bank transfer.
Please follow the payment instructions outlined below when paying the Application Fee.

On our secure payment portal, debit and credit cards may be utilized to pay the Application Fee. The accepted cards include: Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Bancontact.

If someone you know has agreed to pay for your Application Fee (for example, a parent, guardian, family member, or sponsor), then they should indicate your full name followed by the wording “Application Fee” in the Reason for Payment.

Students should expect various additional expenses that are not covered by their tuition fees.

Health Insurance – Starting from 150 CHF (per month)
Food – 200 CHF – 750 CHF (per month)
Entry Visa (non-EU students) – 95 CHF (one-off payment)
Student Permit (upon arrival to Switzerland) – 150 CHF (one-off payment)
Mobile Phone (Swiss SIM Card) – Starting from 20 CHF (per month)
Transportation (i.e. Bus, Metro, Train) – Starting from 80 CHF (per month)

Refund Policy
Paid admission and tuition fees are non-refundable if a student decides to withdraw from Helvetic Tech. If a student is suspended or dismissed for academic or disciplinary reasons, no refunds will be made.
